The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant (SAP) to provide ServiceNow configuration, development, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of using ServiceNow to change ticket statuses, maintain work notes, and generate tasks.
* Note: This position is remote, but the candidate must have the ability to be on-site as requested.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow configuration, development, and end-user support
- 5+ years of experience using ServiceNow to change ticket statuses, maintain work notes, and generate tasks
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Developer
- Scrum Master Certification
- 1+ year of experience with Mobility Platform (SMP 3.0 SP07)
- 1+ year of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- 1+ year of experience with SAP Linear Asset Management (LAM)
- 1+ year of experience with OnBase including form design and workflow configuration
- 1+ year of experience with test planning, script maintenance, and test result tracking using Azure DevOps

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Turnpike Commission (PTC) is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant (SAP) to provide ServiceNow configuration, development, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of using ServiceNow to change ticket statuses, maintain work notes, and generate tasks.
The ServiceNow Consultant (SAP) will be tasked to:
- Configure enterprise software
- Provide technical assistance
- Conduct system testing
- Write functional specification documents
- Develop end user procedures
- Provide end user support
- Reengineer business processes
- Apply knowledge of Mobility Platform (SMP 3.0 SP07)
- Work with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and SAP Linear Asset Management (LAM)
- Use ServiceNow (changing ticket status, maintaining work notes, generating tasks, etc)
- Apply knowledge of OnBase including form design and workflow configuration
- Provide test planning, script maintenance, and test result tracking using Azure DevOps
- Develop and create documents in UPerform
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Write business and technical specifications
- Utilize Agile development methodology
- Work within the hours of 7am - 5pm EST
