The District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking a Senior .NET/Azure Databricks Developer to develop and implement data tools, data integration, data quality and transformation processes and liaise with the data teams on development of collection and data transformation processes. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of developing complex enterprise applications and 11+ years of developing and implementing large complex data applications.

The District of Columbia’s Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking a Senior .NET/Azure Databricks Developer to develop and implement data tools, data integration, data quality and transformation processes and liaise with the data teams on development of collection and data transformation processes. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of developing complex enterprise applications and 11+ years of developing and implementing large complex data applications.

The Senior .NET/Azure Databricks Developer will be tasked to:

• Work on large data intensive application development projects
• Work with data services, multi-tier service architectures and complex data transformations
• Develop and implement data tools, data integration, data quality and transformation processes
• Liaise with the data teams on development of collection and data transformation processes
• Develop and implement applications
• Develop and implement data interfaces for data access and applications
• Deploy and test on cloud infrastructure
• Perform application testing
• Communicate with other team members
• Work with tools and technologies in MS Stack and data security
