We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter with former recruiting or sales experience to assist us with sourcing, staffing, and growing qualified applicants for internal and external projects.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of sales or recruiting experience
- 3+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years of word processing software (MS Word or Google Docs)
- 2+ years of spreadsheet software (MS Excel or Google Sheets)
- 2+ years of excellent phone and/or customer service skills
- 1+ years of excellent time management
- 1+ years of working within a team
- 1+ years of using social sites to connect with people
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- Recruiting Certification
- AWS Certification
- Active Safe or Agile Certification
- 1+ years of sales or recruiting experience
Complete Description
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter with former recruiting or sales experience to assist us with sourcing, staffing, and growing qualified applicants for internal and external projects.
The Junior Technical Recruiter will be tasked to:
- Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team
- Work closely with developers and management to ensure with project goals and deadlines
- Be courteous, kind, constructive, eager to learn, reliable, and professional at all times
- Adhere to all Dantech policies and protocols
- Develop a strong rapport with all levels of client organizations, internal associates and management.
- Learn quickly and document/update documentation accordingly
- Complete assigned AWS and other technical training, as assigned, within requested timeframes
- Obtain technical accreditations and certifications, as assigned, within requested timeframes
- Strategically plan and execute impactful sourcing campaigns that deliver results
- Prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals
- Create and promote a positive candidate experience
- Work well in a team-based environment under minimal supervision
- Excel at sourcing candidates from various sources
- Find, engage, activate, and excite passive candidates
- Screen and qualify passive candidates for experience competencies, culture attributes and core values
- Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Imbue a competitive drive and strong work ethic
- Continuously seek leading industry recruitment and sourcing best practices
- Other tasks as necessary
