Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of MS Office or Google Business
- 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- 3+ years of requirements gathering and documentation
- 2+ years of IT analyst experience
- 2+ years of MS Powerpoint, MS Visio, Google Slides or similar diagramming tool
- 2+ years of participating in Agile Scrum ceremonies and writing stories
- 1+ years of weekly status reporting
- 1+ years of scheduling and tracking tasks and activities
- 1+ years of performing UAT test case and execution
- 1+ years of conducting or facilitating user training

Dantech is seeking an IT Analyst/Scrum Master to create documentation (e.g., manuals, guides, procedures, help pages, requirements, test cases, etc.) and to organize, track, and manage scrum tasks and events while providing excellent customer service, communication, documentation, and high quality deliverables.
The IT Business Analyst will be tasked to:
- Become a highly valued, contributing member of the Dantech Team
- Be courteous, kind, constructive, eager to learn, reliable, and professional at all times
- Adhere to all Dantech policies and protocols
- Be flexible and adaptable as technical and operational requirements do change
- Learn quickly and document/update documentation accordingly
- Execute on the technical direction and blueprint provided by the Principal Architect
- Be highly communicative and solution delivery focused
- Develop workflows, mockups, requirements, testing, and production support for projects
- Work with UI design
- Document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
- Document the existing data sources/elements
- Evaluate complex scenarios using multiple sources of information
- Manage and appropriately escalate: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with solution development initiatives
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements documents (both functional and technical), build process/data models, develop procedures, and contribute to functional and technical documentation
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact professionally
- Author weekly team status reports
- Act as the Project Team Scrum Master
- Provide customer service and troubleshoot user reported issues
- Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis; and update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Perform limited project management functions
- Complete mandated Dantech training
- Support internal projects and office functions
- Submit a weekly timesheet
