The Entry Level IT Analyst will learn and apply their gained knowledge and experience to complete tasks that support cloud development and operations on various internal and external IT projects. Ideal candidates must have a passion for technology, delivering high quality outcomes on time, and providing excellent service through communication and paying attention to detail.
Required Skills/Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Physics, or Math
- 5+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of MS Word or Google Drive
- 2+ years of MS Excel or Google Sheets
- 2+ years of MS Powerpoint or Google Slides
- 2+ years of meeting timelines and providing high quality documentation
- 1+ years of professional work experience in an office environment
- 1+ years of familiarity with AWS Cloud concepts and terminology
Desired Skills/Years of Experience:
- Active Scrum Master Certification
- 1+ years of gathering and documenting requirements

Dantech Corporation has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level IT Analyst to join our Cloud Delivery Team. The Entry Level IT Analyst will learn and apply their gained knowledge and experience to complete tasks that support cloud development and operations on various internal and external IT projects. Ideal candidates must have a passion for technology, delivering high quality outcomes on time, and providing excellent service through communication and paying attention to detail.
The Entry Level IT Analyst will be tasked to:
- Create and maintain relevant documentation (e.g., web content, test cases, diagrams, user guides, presentations, training manuals, requirements, process flows, etc.).
- Work closely with developers and management to ensure everyone stays informed on project deliverables and schedules
- Be a friendly and effective communicator to interact with Dantech Team Members and Clients
- Provide excellent customer service, crisp and meaningful communication, documentation, and high quality deliverables
- Eager to learn, to complete assigned training, to take direction from Senior Team Members, to deliver quality, and to be flexible regarding approaches, and strategies
- Research and analyze scenarios using provided sources of information
- Manage and appropriately escalate: delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes associated with solution development initiatives
- Analyze, plan, and develop requirements documents (both functional and technical), build process/data models, develop procedures, and contribute to functional and technical documentation
- Status on major milestone reviews and decision gates to ensure project completion
- Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of software developers, DBAs, network engineers, SME’s and senior management
- Conduct user testing and document defects
- Facilitate end user training
- Support production issues
- Maintain accurate project schedules, financial burn rates, change management, project plans, and status reports
- Convey a high level of understanding in the areas of operational resilience and scale
- Coordinate travel to client locations for project teams
- Understand, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible owners to address the items on a timely basis, and update the appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Be friendly, professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Support internal projects and office functions
