The Referral Program rules and guidelines are as follows:
Referral fees are non-negotiable. The referral fee is locked at the current value when the candidate starts providing service, through billable hours, to a company which acknowledges Dantech as the vendor through which the candidate bills.
Candidates may refer themselves.
Referral forms must be properly filled out. Failure to complete the referral form with correct and complete information will result in an immediate denial of a referral by Dantech.
Candidate refers to the specifically named individual who is payable through Dantech Corporation Inc as the vendor company.
Candidate must work three months, which is achieved by working a total of 480 billable hours of contract service, in order for the referral fee to be awarded.
Referrals are valid for the initial placement of a candidate and are not valid in the event of contract continuation and/or the creation of additional task orders or additional work by the company at which the candidate is providing service.
There is only one referral per candidate per position. In the event that there are multiple referrals for the same candidate for the same position, the candidate must designate which referral is the sole valid referral.
Referral fees will be awarded as checks, payable to the individual named on the referral form, and delivered using standard delivery via the US Postal Service.
A referal fee will only be paid to a single individial. Referral fees will not be paid to a company, group of individuals, a trust, or any such entity.
Dantech has the right to deny a referral for any reason. Generally, referrals will be denied if the conditions involving the referral are deemed by Dantech to infringe upon what is ethically inappropriate or to be an attempt to defraud either the candidate or Dantech in any way.
Submission of the referral form will be viewed as authorized acknowledgement and acceptance of all Dantech referral program rules.
