We review the candidate's resume, particularly the experience details, to assess the level of compatibility with a company's hiring needs. We wish to ensure that the candidate and the position are suitable for one another.
We will contact the candidate to conduct a phone social and technical assessment. Most companies are seeking talent that possesses both soft and applied skills. Soft skills reference things like the ability to communicate clearly, the ability to interact well with others, the ability to listen well, etc. Applied skills reference technical or professional skills have are developed by years of experience in perform particular roles.
The candidate's resume will be reformatted to reflect that Dantech is the company presenting this candidate to the hiring company. We will ask that the candidate sign a Resume Representation form which states that the candidate wishes for Dantech to submit their resume for the position.
The resume is submitted to the hiring company.
The hiring company will contact us to schedule one or more interviews. We will try to encourage the hiring company to reduce the number of interviews. We undestand the time consumption, the inefficiencies, and the expense of of having to return for multiple interviews.

The routine paperwork must be completed. For the placement of employee positions, the majority of the paperwork will be completed on the candidate's first day of work. For the placement of consultants, Dantech will initiate the paperwork process. Please note: All Dantech consultants are either 1099 or Corp-to-Corp consultants.
